| Operational objectives |
1.Hokeja un fiziski aktīva dzīves veida popularizēšana un veicināšana bērniem un jauniešiem Rīgā un tās apkārtnē un jauno hokejistu kā fiziski aktīvu, uz ģimeniskām un sportiskām vērtībām orientētu personību attīstība;
2.sadarbība ar Latvijas hokeja federāciju, Latvijas un ārvalstu sporta klubiem, un citām organizācijām, lai veicinātu hokeja attīstību Rīgā un tās apkārtnē; 3.piemērotu apstākļu radīšana regulāru treniņu nodarbībām bērniem un jauniešiem Rīgā un tās apkārtnē, piesaistot profesionālus trenerus un nodrošinot ar piemērotiem treniņu apstākļiem un inventāru; 4.hokeja filozofijas principu ievērošanu, skaidrošana un popularizēšana, it sevišķi bērnu un jauniešu vidū; 5.sponsoru, mecenātu, ziedotāju, kā arī Valsts un pašvaldību līdzekļu piesaistīšana Biedrības darbības nodrošināšanai un izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanai; 6.iespēju robežās materiāli atbalstīt bērnus un jauniešus no maznodrošinātajām un riska grupas ģimenēm, lai nodrošinātu viņiem pilnvērtīgus hokeja treniņu apstākļus Rīgā un tās apkārtnē, kā arī dalību sacensībās; 7.pastāvīga treneru kvalifikācijas paaugstināšanu, ārzemju treneru un ekspertu pieaicināšana kursu un izglītojošo semināru vadīšanai Rīgā; 8.gan vietējo komandu, gan starptautiska līmeņa sacensību, turnīru, festivālu organizēšana Rīgā; 9.Rīgas un tās apkārtnes hokeja izlašu veidošana dažādās vecuma grupās, to vadības un sastāva apstiprināšana dalībai starptautiskos turnīros; 10.organizēt sportiskās, izglītojošās, atpūtas nometnes, citus sporta pasākumus un labdarības akcijas hokeja attīstībai Rīgā un tās apkārtnē. |
