Operational objectives Sniegt Jehovas lieciniekiem atbalstu un palīdzību, lai tie varētu pielūgt Dievu un kalpot viņam, pamatojoties uz Bībeli; iepazīstināt cilvēkus ar Bībeli, Bībeles mācībām, principiem un normām; sludināt labo vēsti par Dieva valstību saskaņā ar Jēzus Kristus norādījumu par misionāru darbību (Mateja 28:19,20) un apustuļu piemēru;
Atbalstīt Jehovas liecinieku sludināšanu (misionāru darbību) Draudžu savienības valdes noteiktajā darbības teritorijā;
Pārstāvēt draudzes locekļus un citus Jehovas lieciniekus, kas veic reliģisko darbību un kalpošanu draudzes darbības teritorijā, aizstāvot to intereses un tiesības, kuras ir garantētas Latvijas Republikas Satversmē, likumos un Latvijai saistošajos starptautiskajos līgumos
