Operational objectives Sniegt Jehovas lieciniekiem atbalstu un palīdzību, lai tie varētu pielūgt Dievu un kalpot viņam, pamatojoties uz Bībeli; iepazīstināt cilvēkus ar Bībeli, Bībeles mācībām, principiem un normām; sludināt labo vēsti par Dieva valstību saskaņā ar Jēzus Kristus norādījumu par misionāru darbību (Mateja 28:19, 20) un apustuļu piemēru;
