| Operational objectives |
Veicināt visu vecumu un dzimumu vietējo iedzīvotāju līdzdalību sabiedriskajās un kopienas aktivitātēs, stiprinot sadarbību, iesaistīšanos un kopienas piederības sajūtu;
Rīkot dažāda veida kultūras, izglītības un atpūtas pasākumus, kas veicina sabiedrības iesaisti un dzīves kvalitātes uzlabošanu; Veicināt un palielināt visu vecumu un dzimumu Balvu novada iedzīvotāju interesi par sportu un fiziskām aktivitātēm, veselības saglabāšanu un nostiprināšanu; Veidot un popularizēt dažādus sporta pasākumus, lai veicinātu veselīgu dzīvesveidu un dažādu vecumu un interešu grupu iesaisti; Organizēt, rīkot un atbalstīt aktīvo atpūtu veicinošus un brīvā laika pavadīšanas pasākumus; Piesaistīt finansējumu no vietējiem, nacionālajiem un starptautiskajiem fondiem, sponsoriem un citiem resursiem, lai īstenotu biedrības mērķus un projektus; Attīstīt un īstenot projektus, kas sekmē ilgtspējīgu vietējās kopienas attīstību, tostarp atbalstot sociālo uzņēmējdarbību un dabas resursu ilgtspējīgu izmantošanu; Piedāvāt iedzīvotājiem apmācības, seminārus un konsultācijas, lai veicinātu prasmes, zināšanas un personīgo izaugsmi; Sekmēt Balvu novada teritorijas sakārtošanu, labiekārtošanu, esošās infrastruktūras sakārtošanu un jaunas izveidošanu; Novada kultūras mantojuma izmantošanu tūrisma veicināšanai un tūrisma produktu attīstībai; Veidot sadarbību ar valsts un pašvaldību organizācijām, uzņēmumiem un citām institūcijām; Aktivizēt bērnus, jauniešus, sievietes, seniorus un citas sabiedrības mazaizsargātās grupas piedalīties visa veida sabiedriskās norisēs. |
