Veicināt ilgtspējīgu un līdzsvarotu lauku teritorijas attīstību. Apmācību programmu izstrāde un organizēšana, informatīvu semināru un lekciju rīkošana, pieredzes apmaiņas braucienu rīkošana, nometņu, festivālu, sacensību un kultūras pasākumu organizēšana;
