Veicināt sabiedrības izpratni par cilvēkkapitāla nozīmi, darba tirgus izmaiņām un mūžizglītības vērtību.
Veikt pētījumus un apkopot datus, kas palīdz izprast darba tirgus tendences un prognozēt nākotnes darba tirgus vajadzības. Izstrādāt rīkus un nodrošināt resursus efektīvai karjeras un cilvēkkapitāla plānošanai un attīstībai. Veicināt sadarbību starp izglītības iestādēm, uzņēmumiem, politikas veidotājiem un sabiedriskajām organizācijām, lai saskaņotu cilvēkkapitāla attīstības centienus un risinātu darba tirgus izaicinājumus. Atbalstīt vienlīdzīgu piekļuvi izglītības un nodarbinātības iespējām, sekmējot iekļaujošāku un ilgtspējīgu ekonomikas attīstību. |
