| Operational objectives |
1. Apvienot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas Rīgā, Avotu ielā 15 un ēkas 15A dzīvokļu īpašniekus un pārstāvēt viņu intereses nolūkā nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas Rīgā, Avotu ielā 15 koplietošanas telpu, zemes gabala, uz kura atrodas ēkas (tālāk tekstā - daudzdzīvokļu ēkas), efektīvu pārvaldīšanu un drošības standartiem atbilstošu uzturēšanu, kā arī atbilstošu apsaimniekošanu;
2. Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu ēkas ilgtermiņa infrastruktūras uzlabošanu, pielāgošanu mūsdienu prasībām un atjaunošanu visā ekspluatācijas laikā, iekļaujot energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas pasākumus un iespēju, ja nepieciešams, veikt kapitālremontus un modernizācijas darbu. |
