Apvienot dzīvojamās mājas Rīgā, Vīlipa ielā 6 (turpmāk tekstā – Dzīvojamā māja) dzīvokļu īpašniekus un pārstāvēt viņu intereses Dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanā, nolūkā nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas kopīpašuma domājamās daļas, funkcionāli nepieciešamā zemesgabala un pieguļošā zemesgabala labu pārvaldīšanu, pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām;
Nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā ekspluatācijas laikā. |
