Biedrības biedru sadarbības veicināšanu ar izglītības iestādi Ventspils Valsts 1.ģimnāziju un tās izglītojamiem. Informācijas sniegšana par pasākumiem un piedāvājumiem, ko organizē Ventspils Valsts 1.ģimnāzija vai citas personas. Biedrības biedru sabiedriskās dzīves organizēšana atbilstoši izrādītajām vēlmēm un interesēm. Finansiāla, izglītojoša un sociāla atbalsta sniegšana Ventspils Valsts 1.ģimnāzijas izglītojamiem, pedagogiem, tehniskajiem darbiniekiem, kā arī atbalsts Ventspils Valsts 1.ģimnāzijas materiāli tehniskās bāzes modernizācijā un uzlabošanā. Ventspils Valsts 1.ģimnāzijas kā izglītības iestādes atpazīšanas veicināšana Latvijā un ārpus tās.
