1. Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu mājas, kas atrodas Gaismas iela 4, Ķekava, Ķekavas novadā, LV-2123, (turpmāk - māja) koplietošanas telpu un dzīvojamās mājas piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemes gabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minētās mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
2. Veikt mājas uzlabošanas darbus visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā; 3. Sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar mājas apsaimniekošanu, atbilstoši mājas īpašnieku gribai un maksātspējai. |
