piesaistot līdzekļus no fiziskām un juridiskām personām, sekmēt Latvijas uzņēmumu un fizisku personu finansiālās un emocionālās labklājības izaugsmi, nodrošinot sadarbības vidi, kurā satiekas potenciālie darba devēji un darbinieki;
organizēt apmācības kursus, seminārus, konferences un, ja nepieciešams, veikt dažādus pētījumus; veicināt atsevišķu Latvijas uzņēmumiem nepieciešamu neformālās izglītības programmu realizāciju, izglītošanas pasākumiem nepieciešamās bāzes izveidošanu; iesaistīt atsevišķas riska grupas nodarbinātībā, nodrošinot tām drošu un izglītojošu vidi; veidot sadarbību ar citām nevalstiskām organizācijām Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kā arī veidot sadarbību ar izglītības iestādēm un komercuzņēmumiem; veikt jebkādu citu darbību, kas nav pretrunā ar pastāvošo likumdošanu un sekmē Nodibinājuma mērķu sasniegšanu. |
