Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Vallē, Valles pagastā, Bauskas novadā, kopīpašuma daļas apsaimniekošanu un labiekārtošanu.
Uzlabot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku sadzīves apstākļus koplietošanas telpās un kopīpašuma teritorijā. Saglabāt un attīstīt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas un/vai tai piegulošās teritorijas kā vides objekta estētiskās vērtības un līdz ar to arī attiecīgās vides estētiskās vērtības. Uzlabot teritorijas, kopienas un apkaimes attīstību. |
