1. Veicināt mūzikas un mākslas attīstību: Organizēt koncertus, mākslas pasākumus un radošas iniciatīvas, popularizējot klasiskās, garīgās un laikmetīgās mūzikas vērtības.
2. Sekmēt sabiedrības iesaisti un izglītošanu kultūrā: Nodrošināt iespējas visām paaudzēm piedalīties mākslas un mūzikas aktivitātēs, organizēt meistarklases un izglītojošus pasākumus, veicinot radošo izaugsmi un kultūras nozīmes izpratni. 3.
