Sekmēt Pilskalnes pagasta iedzīvotāju kultūrizglītības, interešu izglītības iespējas, veicināt garīgo un fizisko personības pilnveidošanos. Piesaistīt iedzīvotājus veselīgajam dzīves veidam, organizējot dažāda veida tūrisma, aktīvas atpūtas un sporta pasākumus visa vecuma iedzīvotājiem; Veicināt kopienu sadarbību un sadarbību starp Latvijas un ārvalstu uzņēmējiem un kultūras nozares pārstāvjiem kopīgu mērķu sasniegšanai; Dibināt sadarbības attiecības ar organizācijām, kuru mērķi sakrīt ar Biedrības mērķiem. |
