Pārvaldīt Biedrības valdījumā nodoto dzīvojamo māju un organizēt tās apsaimniekošanu, kas ietver tās pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību;
Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas renovāciju, tās ilgmūžības pagarināšanu un energoefektivitātes uzlabošanu; Uzlabot pārvaldījumā esošās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku sadzīves apstākļus. |
