| Operational objectives |
1.Veicināt Baltijas, Eiropas un citu pasaules valstu ar karjeras atbalstu saistītu speciālistu un organizāciju sadarbību;
2.Apvienot karjeras atbalsta sniegšanā iesaistītus dažādu valstu profesionāļus ar mērķi sekmēt cilvēku personiskās izaugsmes, karjeras attīstības un dzīves kvalitātes uzlabošanu; 3.Veicināt dažādu valstu karjeras atbalsta speciālistu pieredzes apmaiņu; 4.Organizēt karjeras atbalsta speciālistu profesionālās pilnveides pasākumus; 5.Veidot Asociācijas attīstībai atbilstošu profesionālo vidi; 6.Organizēt saimniecisko darbību Asociācijas līdzekļu ieguvei, sniedzot semināru, meistarklašu, lekciju, konferenču, konsultēšanas, profesionālās pilnveides kursu u. tml. pakalpojumus. |
