| Operational objectives |
1. Nodrošināt pārvaldīšanu dzīvojamajā māja Rīga, Blaumaņa iela 3.
2. Nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā nodotās Dzīvojamo māju, ka arī nedzīvojamas ēkas Rīga, Blaumaņa iela 3, tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas kārtību. 3. Nodrošināt pārvaldīšanā nodotā Dzīvojama mājā, piegulošas teritorijas uzturēšanu. 4. Apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu. 5. Biedrībai ar dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības atsevišķu lēmumu ir tiesības pārņemt mājās uzkrājuma fondu uz Biedrības kontu pilnā apjomā. 6. Iecelt un risināt pieguļošas zemes jautājumus. |
