| Operational objectives |
Apvienot kokaugu audzēšanas, stādīšanas, kopšanas nozarē strādājošos speciālistus, uzņēmumus, organizācijas un izglītības iestādes, lai uzlabotu ārpus meža teritorijas esošo koku, kokaugu un no jauna veidojamo apstādījumu kvalitāti Latvijā.
Izveidot un uzturēt sadarbību ar organizācijām, kuras tiešā vai netiešā veidā saistītas ar kokaugu nozari - arhitekti, ainavu arhitekti, inženierbūvju projektētēji, būvuzņēmēji, nekustamā īpašuma attīstītāji un apsaimniekotāji, zinātniskās izpētes un dabas resursu uzraudzītāji, u.c. Rosināt ar kokaugu nozari saistītā normatīvā regulējuma izveidošanu, uzlabošanu, papildināšanu un ieviešanu Latvijā. Apkopot informāciju par godprātīgiem kokaugu nozarē praktizējošajiem speciālistiem Latvijā un ieteikt tos pakalpojumu meklētājiem. Izglītot un informēt sabiedrību par kokaugu nozares speciālistiem, labajiem piemēriem un praksēm, nodrošinot veselīgu, kvalitatīvu un ilgmūžīgu Latvijas kokaugu stāvokli. Organizēt pasākumus Latvijas un starptautiskā mērogā, kas veicina kokaugu nozarē iesaistīto speciālistu zināšanu un prasmju pilnveidošanu. Sadarboties ar kokaugu nozari saistītajām Latvijas un starptautiskām organizācijām. Sniegt konsultācijas un atzinumus ar kokaugu nozari saistītos jautājumos. |
