Apvienot arodbiedrības biedrus kopīgai rīcībai, lai paustu savu nostāju un aizstāvētu savas ekonomiskās, sociālās, cilvēku un profesionālās un privātās tiesības un intereses:
1. tiesības uz darbu un tam atbilstošu samaksu, nepieļaujot jebkādu diskrimināciju, 2. tiesības uz veselībai nekaitīgiem un drošiem darba apstākļiem, 3. tiesības uz atpūtu, garīgo un kultūras vajadzību apmierināšanu, 4. piedalīties demokrātiskas un uz izaugsmi un zināšanām balstītas sabiedrības veidošanā, 5. veicināt kvalitatīva darba spēka attīstību Latvijā un ārvalstīs, 6. sadarboties ar arodbiedrībām Latvijā un ārvalstīs, 7. tiesības uz Latvijas Republikā spēkā esošajos normatīvajos aktos un Latvijai saistošās starptautisko tiesību normās paredzētajām cilvēktiesībām. |
