| Operational objectives |
Psihoemocionālā atbalsta sniegšana personām (bērniem, pusaudžiem, pieaugušajiem un senioriem), kuras saskaras ar grūtībām fiziskā, emocionālā, sociālā, uzvedības un kognitīvā sfērā, kā arī preventīva, mērķtiecīga sabiedrības izglītošana par dažādiem psihiskās veselības jautājumiem un konsultēšana par prasmēm rūpēties par savas personības harmonisku attīstību un jautājumos, kas skar iekšējo izaugsmi un emocionālās inteliģences attīstīšanu.
Organizēt un īstenot diskrimināciju mazinošus atbalsta pasākumus, pārstāvot personas, kuras pakļautas diskriminācijas un sociālās atstumtības riskam dzimuma dēļ (tajā skaitā, personas pēc bērna kopšanas atvaļinājuma, no vardarbības cietušas personas, personas, kuras kopj citu ģimenes locekli, un viena vecāka ģimenes pārstāvji), vecuma dēļ (personas līdz 30 gadu vecumam, personas pēc 50 gadu vecuma), invaliditātes dēļ (tajā skaitā, bezdarbnieki ar invaliditāti, personas ar invaliditāti un zemu izglītības līmeni), reliģiskās pārliecības vai seksuālās orientācijas dēļ, etniskās piederības dēļ, (tajā skaitā, romi un citas etniskās minoritātes), sekmējot šo personu sociālo iekļaušanu. Izmantojot mākslas, piedzīvojumu un citas uz pierādījumiem balstītu terapiju pieejas, palīdzēt augstāk minētām diskriminācijas un sociālās atstumtības riskam pakļautām personām iekļauties sabiedrībā un darba tirgū. |
