Operational objectives

Pārstāvēt biedrus attiecībās ar darba devēju, t.sk. noslēdzot vai grozot darba koplīgumu, nodrošināt darba koplīguma pārraudzību;
normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā izstrādāt un paust vienotu viedokli attiecībās ar darba devēju un citām personām;
pārstāvēt Arodbiedrību apvienības un tās biedru kopīgās intereses valsts un pašvaldības institūcijās, prokuratūras iestādēs, tiesā, darba devēju organizācijās un apvienībās;
slēgt darba koplīgumus un vienošanās ar darba devēju organizācijām un iestādēm par biedru darba samaksas nosacījumiem, darba, sociālo un ekonomisko tiesību garantijām un nodrošināt to izpildi no darba devēju puses;
slēgt ģenerālvienošanās ar nozares vai teritorijas darba devēju organizācijām un nodrošināt to izpildi no darba devēju puses;
normatīvajos tiesību aktos noteiktajā kārtībā izstrādāt un paust kopējo viedoklis attiecībās ar darba devēju organizācijām un iestādēm;
organizēt savu biedru likumīgo prasību un vajadzību īstenošanu, izmantojot visas likumīgās akcijas, tajā skaitā, mītiņus, demonstrācijas, piketus, streikus u.c.;
izsakot savus priekšlikumus, piedalīties normatīvo aktu izstrādāšanā un labošanā, lai panāktu maksimālu savi biedru interešu aizsardzību;
sadarboties ar Latvijas un ārvalstu arodbiedrībām, citām organizācijām, iestādēm un institūcijām, kuru mērķis un darbība nav pretrunā ar Arodbiedrību apvienības statūtiem;
sniegt biedriem juridiskās konsultācijas darba likumdošanas un citos jautājumos;
sekmēt savu biedru profesionālo apmācību, rīkot seminārus, konferences, izstādes;
normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā nodrošināt sociālo mieru un stabilitāti.
