Operational objectives

Sekmēt informācijas un pieredzes apmaiņu starp krimināltiesību jomā praktizējošiem profesionāļiem un to interešu pārstāvošām apvienībām;
atbalstīt nozares profesionāļu netraucētu un neatkarīgu darbību, kā arī tiesības darboties izvēlētajā jomā bez trešo pušu iejaukšanās, atbilstoši tiesiskas valsts darbības principiem;
sniegt atbalstu Latvijas un ārvalstu biedrībām un nodibinājumiem juridisku problēmu risināšanā, iesaistoties biedrību un nodibinājumu apvienībās;
pārstāvēt biedru intereses valsts un pašvaldību iestādēs, nacionālajās institūcijās un organizācijās;
sadarboties ar biedrībām un nodibinājumiem Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kuru mērķi un darbības virzieni atbilst Biedrības mērķiem;
veicināt krimināltiesību praktizējošo advokātu un juristu apvienošanu un kopīgu interešu aizstāvību, kā arī profesionālo attīstību un pilnveidošanos;
sniegt informatīvus un konsultatīvus pakalpojumus par aktuālām tiesiskām problēmām Latvijā un ārvalstīs;
izdot un izplatīt informatīvus biļetenus, brošūras, katalogus un citus izdevumus;
piešķirt finansējumu vai organizēt finansējuma piesaisti citu organizāciju rīkotiem pasākumiem (konferences, semināri, pieredzes apmaiņas braucieni utt.) Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kuru mērķis atbilst Biedrības mērķiem un darbības virzienam;
piešķirt finansējumu vai organizēt finansējuma piesaisti nodibinājumu (biedrības, bezpeļņas organizācijas, fondi utt.) dibināšanai Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kuru mērķis atbilst Biedrības mērķiem un darbības virzienam.
