Apvienot būvprojektēšanas jomā strādājošos būvkomersantus un nozares profesionāļus, lai veicinātu būvprojektēšanas nozares attīstību;
pārstāvēt savu biedru intereses, tostarp aktīvi piedaloties būvniecības politiskas un normatīvo tiesību aktu izstrādē un citos sabiedriski politiskos procesos, kas skar būvprojektēšanas jomu; veicināt labas būvprojektēšanas prakses nostiprināšanu, sekmējot labvēlīgas komercdarbības vides veidošanos būvprojektēšanas jomā; sekmēt būvprojektēšanas jomā nodarbināto kvalifikācijas izaugsmi; veikt zinātnisko un izglītojošo darbību inženierzinātnēs un dabaszinātnēs, piedalīties fundamentālo un lietišķo pētījumu projektos sadarbībā ar citām zinātniskajām institūcijām un komersantiem vai publiskām personām; apkopot un publiskot statistiku par būvprojektēšanas nozarē strādājošo komersantu darbību; apkopot, analizēt un publiskot informāciju par būvprojektēšanas nozarē strādājošo komersantu pieļautajiem profesionālās darbības noteikumu un profesionālās ētikas pārkāpumiem; organizēt būvprojektēšanas jomā nodarbināto izglītošanas un apmācību pasākumus; veikt konsultatīvo darbību inženierzinātnēs; sekmēt zināšanu un jaunāko tehnoloģiju ieviešanu būvprojektēšanā. |
