Operational objectives |
Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Rīgā, Zasulauka ielā 14/14A (turpmāk - Māja), ēku, koplietošanas telpu un Mājai piederīgā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopību jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
veicināt Mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības; sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar Mājas apsaimniekošanu un pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības kolektīvajām interesēm. |
