Vecticībnieku apvienošana izglītošanai, savstarpējai palīdzībai, labdarībai; Sabiedrības iepazīšana ar vecticībnieku tautas daiļradi, vēsturi, kultūras mantojumu, kas izlabotu vecticībnieku mūžseno tradīciju saprašanu, rosinot interesi par vecticībniekiem; Senslāvu, senkrievu, krievu valodas, tāpat krievu valodas vecticībnieku dialekta izpētīšana, saglabāšana, aizsardzība, attīstīšana un popularizēšana; Labdarības koncertu un sarīkojumu organizēšana; Finanšu līdzekļu piesaistīšana Daugavpils pilsētas un novada vecticībnieku baznīcu celtniecībai, remontam, uzturēšanai un apsaimniekošanai; Vispusīgu draudzīgo attiecību, garīgo un lietišķo kontaktu nostiprināšana ar vecticībnieku reliģiskajām un citām nevalstiskajām organizācijām Latvijā un ārzemēs. |
