Operational objectives attīstīt jaunatnes pilsoniskās līdzdalības prasmes, lai aktīvi iesaistītos sabiedriskajos procesos vietējā, valstiskā un starptautiskā līmenī;
veicināt jaunatnes iesaistīšanos neformālās izglītības procesos;
radīt vietu un iespēju lietderīgi un interesanti pavadīt brīvo laiku;
veicināt aktīvu un veselīgu dzīves veidu, organizējot sporta un aktīvās atpūtas pasākumus;
popularizēt vides izglītību, akcentējot "zaļo domāšanu un zaļo dzīves stilu";
organizēt karjeras izglītības aktivitātes Pļaviņu novadā, iesaistīties karjeras izglītības procesos Latvijā;
veicināt tūrisma attīstību Pļaviņu novadā un Latvijā;
popularizēt brīvprātīgā darba ideju;
vietējās kopienas dzīvē integrēt jauniešus ar invaliditāti, sociālā riska jauniešus;
veicināt sadarbību ar NVO Latvijā, ārvalstīs
