Operational objectives Veikt dzīvojamās mājas Nr.8, korpuss nr.5, Kandavas ielā, Rīgas pilsētā, dzīvokļu īpašnieku, turpmāk - dzīvokļu īpašnieki, kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu;
nodrošināt tās apsaimniekošanā un pārvaldīšanā nodoto dzīvojamās mājas nr.8, korpuss nr.5, Kandavas ielā, Rīgas pilsētā dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopīpašumā esošo daļu pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas prasību ievērošanu, koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu;
sniegt dzīvokļu īpašniekiem juridisko palīdzību.
