Operational objectives - nodrošināt maksimāli iespējamo tiesību aizsardzību Latvijas bārabērniem un notiesātajām personām;
- informācijas izplatīšana masu informācijas līdzekļos ( televīzijā, laikrakstos, žurnālos, internetā) par tiesību aizsardzības institūcijām sabiedrības integrēšanai uz tiesiska pamata;
- informācijas izplatīšana par biedrības darbību, pieredzes apmaiņa;
- biedrības piedalīšanās ar citām organizācijām kopīga projekta izstrādāšanai un īstenošanai;
- nacionālās minoritātes atbilstība izglītības, kultūras un valodas sfērā;
- sakaru atbalstīšana ar citām biedrībām un organizācijām, sadarbība ar starptautiskajām organizācijām medicīnas, izglītības, sociālās aprūpes sfērās;
- sekmēt bārabērniem un notiesātajām personām nepieciešamās izglītības, kvalifikācijas saņemšanu konkurētspējas realizēšanai darba tirgū;
- sniegt palīdzību materiālo ( tai skaitā ēdināšanas organizēšana), juridisko, medicīnisko un dzīvokļu jautājumu risināšanā;
- bārabērnu un notiesāto personu reabilitācija ( darbiekārtošana; mācības; kursi);
- sporta un citu atpūtas veidu organizēšana bārabērniem un notiesātajām personām;
- fizisko un juridisko personu apvienošana sociālās un tiesību aizsardzības sociālo slāņu ( bārabērni, notiesātās personas) nodrošināšanai un sabiedrības saliedētībai;
- veikt papilddarbības veidā saimniecisko darbību, kas saistīta ar sava īpašuma uzturēšanu vai izmantošanu, kā arī veikt citu saimniecisko darbību, lai sasniegtu biedrības mērķus;
- piedalīties Eiropas fonda konkursos sabiedrības integrācijas procesa atbalstīšanai un veicināšanai sociālās, izglītības, kultūras un uzņēmējdarbības sfērā.
