Operational objectives Veicināt un attīstīt kontinentālās Eiropas tiesību loka pielietošanas metodoloģiju Latvijā; analizēt un pētīt Latvijas tiesību sistēmu un tās elementus - tiesību normu tekstus, to jēgas izpratni, sistēmisko sasaisti, juridisko argumentāciju, juridiskā darba metodes u.c.; analizēt Latvijas tiesu praksi un identificēt tiesību normu piemērošanas nepilnības; veicināt Latvijas juridiskās izglītības attīstību un šajā sakarā veikt attiecīgu metodoloģisku un apmācību darbu - organizēt seminārus, simpozijus, konferences, izdot attiecīgu juridisko literatūru; veicināt mediācijas procesu Latvijā; šķīrējtiesu dibināšana un darbība; organizēt un nodrošināt kvalitatīvu patstāvīgo šķīrējtiesu procesa attīstību Latvijā; organizēt un nodrošināt kvalitatīvu starptautiskā šķīrējtiesas procesa attīstību Latvijā; organizēt un veicināt starptautisku sadarbību nodibinājuma mērķu realizācijai; nodibinājuma mērķu realizācijai sadarboties ar juridisko profesiju organizācijām.
