Operational objectives Garīgas, psiholoģiskas un materiālas palīdzības sniegšana sekojošām personām:
vientuļām, maznodrošinātām, smagi slimām personām, kuras atrodas ieslodzījuma vietās Latvijas Republikas teritorijā (aizdomās turamiem, apsūdzētajiem, notiesātajiem, ieslodzītajiem);
pārējām personām, kuras atrodas ieslodzījuma vietās Latvijas Republikas teritorijā (aizdomās turamiem, apsūdzētajiem, notiesātajiem, ieslodzītajiem) un viņu bērniem un ģimenes locekļiem;
no noziegumiem cietušo personu un viņu ģimenes locekļu rehabilitācija, garīgas, psiholoģiskas un materiālas palīdzības sniegšana tādām personām;
ziedojumu saņemšana no ziedotājiem (fiziskām un juridiskām personām - Latvijas Republikas rezidentiem un nerezidentiem) un saņemto ziedojumu izmantošana mērķu sasniegšanai.
