Operational objectives

Sekmēt Latvijas darba devēju organizāciju nostiprināšanu un attīstību;
veicināt Latvijas konkurētspējas izaugsmi, tautsaimniecības attīstību un darba devēju interešu
ievērošanu sociālekonomiskajos uz izglītības jautājumos;
nodrošināt visaptverošu darba devēju interešu konsolidēšanu un pārstāvēšanu valsts līmenī;
koordinēt savu biedru - darba devēju un nozaru asociāciju - intereses nacionālā un starptautiskā
mērogā;
veicināt sabiedrības izpratni par sociālo dialogu, sociālajiem partneriem un darba devēju
organizācijām;
sekmēt informācijas, pieredzes un labās prakses apmaiņu starp LDDK biedriem;
sekmēt LDDK biedru izglītošanu sociālā dialoga jautājumos.
