Saglabāt un attīstīt baltkrievu kultūru Latvijā, popularizēt nacionālu kultūru, vēsturi un valodu ar masu informācijas līdzekļu palīdzību. Veicināt baltkrievu integrāciju Latvijas sabiedrībā, ceļot etnisko pašapziņu un saglabājot kultūras identitāti. Veicināt baltkrievu skolu attīstību. | ||||||
