Operational objectives Astmas un alerģijas slimnieku interešu aizstāvība un integrācija sabiedrībā, sabiedrības sapratnes par veselīga dzīves veida nepieciešamību veicināšana;
papildus pastāvošai medicīnas sistēmai, iesaistīt sabiedrību medicīniskās un sociālās palīdzības sniegšanā astmas un alerģijas slimniekiem;
informēt sabiedrību par astmas un alerģijas slimību profilaksi, ārstēšanās un rehabilitācijas iespējām, speciālistiem, Astmas skolas kabinetiem;
veidot biedrības teritoriālās struktūrvienības;
vākt un apkopot informāciju par jaunākajiem medicīnas sasniegumiem astmas un alerģijas ārstēšanā;
nodarboties ar Biedrības darbības un ideju popularizēšanu, jaunu biedru un atbalstītāju iesaistīšanu;
sadarboties ar citām pēc saviem mērķiem un uzdevumiem līdzīgām organizācijām, kas izveidotas Latvijā un ārvalstīs;
veikt astmas un alerģijas slimnieku uzskaiti Latvijā.
