Operational objectives Veicināt pilsoniskās sabiedrības attīstību un stiprināšanu, veicināt atjaunojošās tiesvedības ieviešanu, veicināt noziedzības prevenciju un viktimizācijas profilaksi, veicināt noziegumu upuru tiesību aizsardzību un progresīvākas likumdošanas ieviešanu, īstenot bijušo notiesāto, nozieguma upuru un sociālā riska grupu rehabilitāciju un integrāciju sabiedrībā, veidojot Sociālās rehabilitācijas centrus bijušajiem notiesātajiem un noziegumu upuriem, sniegt juridisko, informatīvo, psiholoģisko un sociālo, medicīnisko, narkoloģisko palīdzību bijušajiem notiesātajiem un noziegumu upuriem un citām sociālā riska grupām, veicināt izlīguma noslēgšanu starp cietušo un vainīgo un sniegt mediācijas (starpniecības) pakalpojumus, organizēt mērķa grupu iesaisti dažādās aktivitātēs un veicināt radošas iniciatīvas, veikt pētījumus, ekspertīzes, sniegt atzinumus, veikt izglītojošu darbību tiesību aizsardzības un citās jomās, veicināt sabiedrības informēšanu, veikt brīvprātīgo piesaisti, organizāciju un pamācību, veikt saimniecisko darbību minēto mērķu sasniegšanai.
